What type of silk do you use?
All Éclore Silk pieces are crafted from 100% premium mulberry silk — the finest grade of silk in the world. Mulberry silk is naturally hypoallergenic, temperature-regulating, and exceptionally soft against the skin.
What momme weight is your silk?
Our silk is 16 and 19 momme, which is considered the ideal weight for sleepwear — substantial enough to drape beautifully and feel luxurious, while remaining breathable and comfortable throughout the night.
Are your products true to size?
Yes, our silk pieces are designed to be true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed and fluid drape.

Silk Care
How do I care for my silk pieces?
To preserve the beauty of your silk, we recommend:
- Hand wash in cool water with a gentle silk-safe detergent
- Avoid wringing — gently press out excess water and lay flat to dry
- If machine washing, use a delicate cycle in a mesh laundry bag
- Iron on the lowest setting while slightly damp, or steam gently
- Store away from direct sunlight to preserve the natural sheen
Can I dry clean my silk?
Yes, dry cleaning is safe for all Éclore Silk pieces and is a great option for maintaining the fabric's integrity over time.

How long does delivery take?
Orders within Switzerland are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

What is your return policy?
