At Éclore Silk, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@ecloresilk.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions
3. Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Return Shipping

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please get in touch with us to arrange an exchange.
