Shipping Area

We currently ship only within Switzerland.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Cost

Shipping within Switzerland is free of charge.

There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time within Switzerland is usually 2–5 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Éclore Silk is not responsible for delays caused by the postal or courier service.
